Notes to be considered for Erasmus internship mobility:

• The deadline for objections to the final results is 13 May 2023 at 17:00. Please send your objections to erasmus@agu.edu.tr by the specified date.
• Candidates who have been selected for the internship mobility are given 2 weeks to submit their acceptance letters. You should send your acceptance letter to the Erasmus Office (erasmus@agu.edu.tr ) and Erasmus Departmental Coordinators until 25 May 2023 at 17:00 at the latest.  
• Candidates selected as a substitute for internship mobility should also send their acceptance letters to the Erasmus Office (erasmus@agu.edu.tr ) and Erasmus Departmental Coordinators by e-mail until 25 May 2023 at 17:00 at the latest.

• Students who are selected for mobility but cannot waive their rights and submit an acceptance letter within 2 weeks will be given minus points in their next application in accordance with the provisions of the Erasmus Handbook.
• Candidates who wish to waive their rights should send their waiver petitions to the Erasmus Office (erasmus@agu.edu.tr ) until 26 May 2023 at 17:00 at the latest.

Notes to be considered for Erasmus Study mobility:

• The deadline for objections to the final results is 13 May 2023 at 17:00. Please send your objections to erasmus@agu.edu.tr  before the deadline.
• Candidates selected for study mobility are given 1 week to submit their participation decision to their departmental coordinators. You are required to submit your participation decision to Erasmus Departmental Coordinators until 18 May 2023 at 17:00 at the latest.

• Students who are selected for mobility but do not waive their rights within 1 week and cannot participate in the mobility without an excuse will be given minus points in their next application in accordance with the provisions of the Erasmus Handbook.
• Candidates who wish to waive their rights should send their waiver petitions to the Erasmus Office (erasmus@agu.edu.tr) by e-mail until 26 May 2023 at 17:00 at the latest.
